Transmission cooler line diameter?
My 2006 Chevy Uplander just got a leak at the lower Transmission cooler line hose, it's leaking at the rubber hose in between the metal lines. A new line assembly is over $100 local and close to that online. I was told by a local auto parts store to just replace the rubber hose with cooler line hose. I was thinking about doing that and if I do, I don't want to take the whole line off to do it. I was gonna cut the old rubber off as well as the clamp that held it on and put the new hose on and clamp it. The store says they carry several different sizes of line and I need the right inside diameter to fit tight on the line. Do y'all know what inside diameter hose I need? It's got a 3.5 liter engine and it's a 2006 Chevy Uplander. Thanks for any help.
