2000 Venture, how do I access the driver's seat belt retractor?
Newbie here.
Having a problem with the driver's seat belt not wanting to retract properly, very sluggish. PITA. It's been doing this for years and I finally decided to do something about it, but can't figure out how to get at it. It's covered w/a plastic panel, but, how does one get it off?
