Default 98 Venture Brake issues.

Need some feedback please

Last night I drove to my mother in-laws for dinner and had no issues with my brakes. Got in the van a few hours later and the pedal went right to the floor.

I managed to get a little pressure by pumping the brakes and managed to get it home (25min away)

Checked this morning and the brake fluid tank did not loose any fluid and I saw no puddles around the wheels or along the brake lines.

So I'm pretty sure a seal in the master cylinder has failed, but would like a second

I should also mention that my back brakes need to be changed, would this cause the problems I'm having with loss of pressure ?

Thank you in advance !
