AIR check valve

Default AIR check valve
I had a code that said this valve was running incorrectly-the dealer changed it (2000 Venture)
Now it still codes-
Is this valve dependent on anything that may cause it to end up running erratic?

Default AIR check valve
That should be the AIR Secondary injection valve.
