Default Sputtering

Hey so I have a 04 venture and just a couple of days ago my van started sputtering it’s usually only when press the gas

I had to fix my exhaust and have it up by 2 vice scrips but maybe one of them have came loose a little bit so it’s making it shift weirdly

What sort of "sputtering" symptoms? When you say "press the gas" do you mean off idle from a stop, or it runs okay while cruising but sputters when trying to accelerate some more?
Is there a CEL showing? Some possibilities, based on my own Venture included low fuel pressure (needing fuel pump replacement) and a bad sensor behind the front damper.

Default lack of acceleration

so after my last thread a lot more has happened, the van started bogging/locking up when i go to accelerate, i replaced calipers, and the 02 sensor. neither worked
the caliper helped a little. it doesn't completely bog/lock up just runs high rpm when it shouldn't be

did you get it scanned?
when you do, look up the codes on obd-codes.com and follow the troubleshooting there.

When you mention that it locks up, you're meaning that the brakes apply when you hit the gas? Or is it possible that the transmission is causing problems that give similar results?

UPDATE

$300+ later I am able to say the problem was a clogged/old transmission filter
