My 2003 Venture has started a Pinning sound. Similiar to a hammer on metal. I have checked the heads and rockers. All seems to be in good shape. I believe a I have a mis-fire going on somewhere. I have changed sparkplugs, wires and all three coil packs. Still having same issue. The engine runs rough as well. ANY THOUGHTS???
