Default Power Steering Please Help. *Shrug!

1997 Venture. Very bad shreeking from the power steering. Boom NO power steering/ Intermintent. take off pump start car NO winening. OK I replace the pump and BAM it is still shreeking and even worse when you turn the wheel!

I am now thinking it could be a nother wheel on the belt, bearing going bad and when the pressure form the pump is increased it makes it worse. cause it did not do it when the power steering/belt was hooked up. any one have any suggestions? I am at a total loss. Thanks

WELL finally talked to some one at the dealership. Frothy bubbles in the fluid and a new pump. I NEEDED TO PRIME THE PUMP. Lifted the front end up. turned the wheel ALL the way to each side about 20 times. Started it up and wham worked like a champ
