Default Power steering problems

I have a 2000 venture that is losing power steering fluid it was getting into belt and going everywhere and the pump wasn't working so I replace pump and clean up. Now when I turn wheel it sprays a mist of fluid towards passenger firewall and gets in belts goes everywhere again. My thought is a hole in the high pressure line so I am trying to pull it out to replace. I know how to disconnect from the pump and I know where to unbolt the other end I just don't know how to go about getting a wrench on it. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated or if you think I am looking at the wrong fix please let me know.
Thank you

Jon

Hi !
You will have to use a combination wrench or line wrench to remove the high pressure hose and it only turns about 1/8 of a turn then you need to flip wrench over and turn it another 1/8 turn. There isn't much room, be careful not to break off plastic nipple for return hose.

I understand how that will work removing line from pump but the other underneath the van does not have room for combination wrench, maybe a crows foot?
