I have a 2002 Chevy Venture. I have been getting a warning symbol on my dash that I can’t locate in the manual. It is a red circle with a graphic on it that I can’t make out and the emergency break light also comes on at the same time. It comes on and then will go off. In fact, I haven’t seen it in 3 days and this morning it popped up again. I’ve googled everything under the sun and can’t even find this info on the internet. This is just nerve racking when I can’t even find out what the symbol means using the manual. What is wrong with my van? Please help. I’m on a limited income.

Does the circle have 3 spikes in it? It probably means that your low on brake fluid. I'd get it checked out, you might have a leak somewhere. Does the brake pedel feel low when you depress it? That's a sign that your low on brake fluid.
