Hello all. I am attempting to remove a brake booster from my 1999 chevy Venture LS. So far I have freed the booster from all mounting points and attempted to clear a path large enough to get it out of the car. It seems the booster is too big for the opening and I am wondering what I should try next. Is this a much bigger project than I anticipated? Will I need to drop the engine to create space? Or can I just keep moving parts out of the way and create an adequate but tight fitting space to complete the removal? As of now, I am looking at removing the fuel rail next. Any thoughts appreciated.
