Hello, I recently have had the P0300 code come up on my 99 Suburban (7.4) I switched out the plugs, cables, distrib & rotor. After this I changed the fuel filter which I have never had any problem until recently. Seems the fuel lines needed O rings in both sides while installing. Had been changing the fuel filter for years but the new O rings helped. The truck starts and runs better. Good enough for the engine light to go off. It was a 3 dollar fix. Also added 2 bottles of Techron. I thought I'd send this tidbit to help if anyone that might of had same code or problem.
