no power to abs fuse

Default no power to abs fuse

Hi new here, 1998 monte 3.1 So I did some checking with the test light.I just bought the car for my kid, abs and antilock brake light is on. I have no power going to amp fuse 20 or to the ABS relay nor do I have power to the ABS plug. are there any abs power protection relay maybe under the dash, The wire that that feeds both realy and fuse also has no power this is the fuse panel under the hood driver side. the 5amp fuse has power that is at the passenger door
