Default 1999 5.7 fluid leak under front passenger door

I noticed a small amount of fluid under the passenger side front door of my '99 Tahoe. There are 2 aluminum lines that run along the frame from what looks like the front part of the radiator to the back sidewall of the cargo area. The smaller line has fluid bubbling from a sleave around the hose where its bent upward toward the engine area below the air filter.Whatis thisline for? And any idea what it takes to repair?

Thanks.

Sounds like the rear A/C lines going to the blower unit in the back. If you see bubbling, you have a leak at that connection, if it can be tightened you might be ok with a fill of 134a. If not you can either repair the line at that spot or replace the line itself. I would suggest a leak detection dye also upon fillup
