Default 2011 suburban tire pressure warning

Not sure if I'm in the right place, but here is my issue. When I started my vehicle today there was a warning about the right front tire being under pressure. Left front was 36, right was only 19. Thought that should be visible, so I got out and checked. It looked the same as the back tire. Drove straight to a gas station and hooked it up to an air pump. Set it for 36,same as left front and turned it on. It was at 34, so I only had to add 2 pounds , not 17. The warning didn't turn off. Did some shopping and returned home. Several hours later when I went to leave again, the warning was STILL there, but now it says only 16 psi. The left tire went to 37 after driving around for a while, but the right never corrected. Looks like I did that wrong! Oh well, at least I know how to change a flat tire!

So, this evening when I went outside to go to the grocery store, I noticed that the right REAR tire is flat! I get in the car and turn it on, and it' s STILL telling me there is a problem with the right FRONT tire!

when ever the tires are rotated, they must be registered to the new location.

Hi roheid,

Hopefully tech2 has been able to help with figuring out why your right front tire is reading incorrectly. Let us know if you end up going to the dealership to get this system reset. If there's anything we can do to help, feel free to send us a private message.

if the tire keeps losing air; there is probably a nail in the tire. Get it looked at and have them register the tpm to the correct locations.

When you get the tires rotated in the future, may sure they register the tpm.

Didn't have the tires rotated but, I DID have some brake work done a few months back. Maybe they mixed them up at that time. I changed the flat and am having it fixed (saw the woodscrew when I was changing it.). Might be about time to do a tire rotation though. Will be sure to get them to register the TPM then. Thanks for the help!
