This next truck is the oldest out of all ten. A 1938 Chevy Pickup. The description on the auction’s page doesn’t go into detail about what comes with the old gal, just that it’s got an inline six-cylinder engine and a three-speed transmission.

Shots of the interior indicate that it’s a manual transmission, as opposed to the column shifter seen on the first truck on this list. This truck got a lot of new parts to make the truck safer on the road, such as a radiator, water pump, and exhaust.

The coolest addition to this truck is the wood-lined bed. Obviously, like hardwood floors in a house, there’s the concern for damage or scratching the clear coat cover it. So, the bed obviously isn’t going to be used to heavy duty hauling (which, the engine probably couldn’t handle anyway), but it does make the driver look posh and dapper. The glory days are kept alive, thanks to this ’38.
