Fast forward about thirty years to 1971 and we have a Cheyenne pickup truck. Unlike the truck before it, the engine in this one is measured in actual horsepower and not cubic inches. The horsepower is estimated to be between 383 – 430, with a Street Avenger carburetor sitting pretty on top. The truck comes with custom 20 inch wheels, and an added Bow Tie overdrive transmission.
To add more spice to this already tasteful truck, the interior was kept clean and shiny. Leather bench seats free of any tears or rips at the seams, and the floors lined with rubber. The Cheyenne has a regular sized cab but a long bed, which is perfect for loading to the brim with cargo. It’s also not very large, it’s more of a mid-size – which means just about anyone could drive it. It’s a classy truck for an owner who likes being practical and cool at the same time.
