Colt Ford Releases Hilarious Step Brothers-Themed ‘Truck’ Video
Never has a ‘diss’ track sounded so good!
Country musicians Colt Ford and Tyler Farr have a message for any vehicle that isn’t their truck: Truck you! Their new video, “My Truck,” is a hysterical diss track done in a brilliant Step Brothers parody video.
“I just thought it was time for a really funny video, and I knew Tyler would be on board with this idea,” Ford tells Fox News. “Tyler has been one of my best friends in this business for a long time, so it was really easy for us to act silly and be a little nuts–that’s how we always act.”
In the video, the boys talk a little smack to each other, then bond, and film their own “Boats n’ Hoes”-style video. The song is so full of killer lines that it’s difficult to pick one. So we chose this verse:
“My truck, jacked up so high you can’t see it.
Your truck, look more like a Prius.
My truck, is a gun-slinging mud clinger.
Your truck, always getting the middle finger.
My truck, bump Hank, Jamie, and Toby.
Your truck, got a cassette tape of Moby.
My truck, is like the honey badger, ’nuff said.
Your truck, is like Osama bin Laden, dead.”
“My Truck,” is the latest single from Ford’s truck- and road-lovin’ album Love Hope Faith.
