Chevy Dealership

Pint-sized Chevrolet dealership is selling for a song, and it even comes with a tow truck!

Owning a Chevy dealership is a dream for a lot of folks. But obviously, only a select few can actually see their name pasted across one of those billboard signs. For one, you have to get approved to open a dealership, and there’s only room for so many in the world. Secondly, you have to have a decent amount of cash to open (and operate) one. Unless, of course, you buy this pint sized version of a vintage Chevrolet dealership.

With a paltry opening bid of only $250, this fine piece of automotive art is looking quite cheap at the moment. It might not exactly make you any money, but it will bring a nice piece of art into your home. The tiny, highly detailed lot is up for grabs as part of the Mecum Indy Road Art auction, which takes place between May 16 and 20.

The dealership model is one of 700 pieces of art offered up by the Bob McDorman Museum. The impressive lot includes things like road signs, gas pumps, scale models, neon signs, and even dealership promo cars. All of which were owned by Bob McDorman, a longtime Chevy dealer in Ohio.

Whether you’re a fan of vintage car art or just a fan of Chevrolet in general, be sure and check out the entire catalog. Even if your dream of owning a Chevrolet dealership never comes true, at least you can make your garage look like one.
