Default 1998 chevy Silverado 5.7 k1500 Z71 starting problems

Hi,
im having trouble starting my 98 k1500 when i turn the key it will crank but only fire once or twice but when i turn the key of then back on after it fires once it will start no problem and after its been running for a minute it will start right back up.
it was suggested i replace the oil pressure sensor that is below the distributor i wanted to confirm if it could cause my problem and/or what else is suggested that could fix my problem.
truck has brand new starter, battery, distributor cap and rotor, ignition coil and module, spark plugs and wires, air filter, mass air flow sensor, tps and idle air sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump, and fluids/filter front to rear.

Try key off & on several times (not to start) to repeatably prime fuel pump. If it starts fine doing that, report back.

I cycled the key multiple times before trying to start it but still got cranking with it firing multiple times but not starting until i cycled the key from off to starting a couple times then it started.

What all do you mean by tune up? I did the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and the ignition coil and module about 3 months ago

That's a good tune up! Were you having the same problem before that?
