Default 327 swap from 350

I have a 94 silverado that has been sitting 4 years that my step dad knows of. It was ran hot and left to die. Now the 4 and 6 cylinder is seized up from rust. I have a 327 with a 2 barrel carb that runs I want to put into the truck. The trans is a 4l60e-2wd. I know I have to remove the electric fuel pump and drain the old gas, then run a bypass for the manual pump. The 350 had a throttle body injection system on it with a/c. I know how to do the a/c work. I just want to know if there is anything in particular I will need to do in order to make this swap work in my favor, seeing as the only other ride I have is a 95 jeep cherokee that need a lot of tlc.
Questions that arise, Will the trans bolt up and work correctly?
Will the engine accessory brackets will bolt up and work?
Which wires am I looking to tap into to make the engine start and stop with the key?

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Default 327

1995 silverado, Vicky Valencort is her name. I just purchased the truck a little over a month ago. It has the 327 swap, with 350 heads and I am assuming the intake, because it still has the TBI set up. I had to make a quick decision and purchase the truck in a short time frame. I am learning as I go because she needs just a little TLC. If I can refer to my truck and help you with some things, please contact me. I will probably learn something also.
