Default 95 chev 350tbi will not idle

Hey guys and gals, I have a 1995 chevy 350 tbi truck. Recently did a pile of work to the motor. (Oil leaks everywhere from lack of maintenance). All new seals and gaskets, couple other mods while I was in there cam, lifters, roller rockers, timing chain set. Anyway got the truck all back together got timing back to 0° everything hooked up the way it was before as far as I can tell. The truck will only start with my foot on the pedal, runs beautiful at anything above idle, but it will not idle whatsoever. For whatever reason temp won't come up on the motor, has new thermostat, and both new temp sensors. Will not even get to 100°. Tried a new IAC and proper procedure for resetting, still nothing. Also has brand new distributor, cap, rotor, ign module. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure I've missed out on diagnosing something 😕 🤔

Make sure distribution wire is disconnected from computer under glove box. Recheck timing with light. Did you replace TC cover? If so, you may have different markings than before. Recheck all sensor wires. Is system check engine light coming on at any time?

Did this ever get figured out. My 95 is doin exact same except doesn't run beautiful above idle. Runs real rough and dies as soon as your foot leaves the pedal

Add Sea Foam, lots of it and run it. Hopefully TBI cleans out.
