Default 95 parts

I'm new to this forum looks like a good one so far. My problem is when I look for parts a lot of parts suppliers show 88-91 or 91-94 and 96-98 seems 95 gets left out. Example are dash replacement and HVAC control module, is 95 a part specific model or what? I know they changed the interior in 95 but seems the same as 96. Any body else run into this aggravation? Thanks

1995 is a terrible year for a lot of GM vehicles because it's on the cusp. They're often a mishmash 94 and 96 era parts.
Best thing to do is hang on to your original parts. Usually the part number is stamped on them somewhere.
Otherwise you'll have to go by appearance.

Welcome from Florida. Take your old part to the parts store and match it to a new part.

Can always get a part number from a dealer.
