i have a 96 c1500 5.7 vortec crank no start. it has spark and plenty of fuel pressure. parts replaced 25k on the motor new distributor cap and wires and plugs new battery and starter. it only does this in the winter any other time it starts right up

 

This might be a PITA , but when it will not start, if you can , remove one or two spark plugs and see if they are wet or dry. If wet, too much fuel,, if dry no fuel.
Depending on which condition you find will determine where you go from there.

Of course we always ask how it was determined adequate fuel pressure was present. Hope we aren't going by depressing the schrader valve because that is not a reliable test.

 

i used a matco pressure tester you just screw it on and crank it and watched it went up to about 55-60 and didn’t go down. and i did take a couple plugs out after cranking and the plugs were wet but i have spark
