C2500 2wd brakes question

I’ve got a 1990 Silverado C2500 with 8 lug front disc brakes. I want to install new pads and rotors but online stores are offering one piece rotor with hubs and studs with no pads kits and other stores with multi hole rotors and pads- but the pads look different than what’s on the truck.
Anyone know the difference? Do I have to change the hub with the brake disc? Was this part of a Heavy Duty option?
Thanks

2 WD trucks have the hub and studs as part of the disk assembly. Multi hole rotors are for 4 wd. You will need to determine which brakes your truck has to get the right parts. 7200 GVW with 11" rear brakes, 8600 GVW with 13" rear brakes, it doesn't appear that 10,000 GVW were available that year so those are your two choices. You can also look up the rpo codes in the glovebox label to see which set up your truck has. Rockauto.com is a good resource when looking up parts.
