Question Clutch recommendation

I have a 1993 K2500 with the 350 and 5-spd manual and am about to replace the clutch. While i was shopping i noticed that i could afford a heavy duty clutch. I have never owned one of these trucks before or even a truck with a manual transmission so i don't have very much knowledge. i plan on pulling a small covered trailer with it (like 8' long, not sure how wide or tall). just wanted some outside opinions on whether the heavier duty clutch would be necessary or worth it.

Beyond pulling the trailer, what is your intended use for the truck?

When it comes to clutches, HD refers more to the frequency of stopping/starting & shifting. If it’s going to be used as a work truck and will be doing a lot of hauling/towing and in-town driving, HD clutch makes sense.

But if it’s just going to be a daily or as needed driver with occasional towing/hauling, a standard clutch will work just fine.

Plan to either replace the flywheel or take the existing one to a machine shop for resurfacing.
