Hey boys n girls.. I have a Chevy Silverado 7.4 and it's having cold start issues with my remote start unit. We all know these engines need to warm up that's why I put a remote start alarm system, what's happening is it tries to start and dies this alarm system allows it three tries before it shuts itself off completely. I replaced both of the large injectors and I replace the ECT on the front of the motor when I unplug the ECT it seems to start better and hold because the RPMs are higher but when the ECT is plugged in it just dies. I've also replaced the fuel filter. I'm thinking I just ordered a new crank sensor, any other ideas? I'm also having an intermittent problem with the heat blowing and then blowing cold.
