ECM Plug

I Appreciate the help with ecm. I need help with the plug that is in the middle of the white and black plug my wires are cut on that and could use help finding where those qires go to

This is bull****

Pin 23 in the blue connector is already taken up by another wire. The service tag on my ECU says 16229684 so I don’t understand why I can’t just do the damn vcm update without so much headache. Ugh!

I'm attempting to fix this issue in my 97' Silverado. I've got the same issue with pin 23 on the blue connector. What did you do to resolve this? Thank you
