I am having a problem installing my new headlights in my truck. It is a 93 chevy 2500 4x4. I had to get new assemblies and i bought the factory assemblies but the only thing that lines up is the 4 bolts that bolt them on. Everything else won't line up and it is also causing the grille to not line up. I also had a problem with the passenger side assembly breaking all the time. It is always after i install them and they have been on for a few months. I thought is was just cheap materials so i went factory and now nothing will fit.

Has the truck been in an accident previously? This might make things not line up correctly if it wasn't repaired properly. Compare the new factory assemblies with the ones you removed to make sure they are exactly the same. They might have sent you the wrong ones.
