Default Front Parking Lights Not Working

I have a 1994 K2500 and the front parking lights aren’t working. The turn signals work and the headlights also work; however, the steady burning parking lights and the corner marker lights do not work. I changed the bulbs in case the lower filament was out and it didn’t fix the issue. What would be my next step? All the fuses I checked were good.

Thanks!

inspect the grounds. should be one right there in the wire harness. are you getting B+ at the light socket?

What does B+ mean? Sorry I’m clueless when it comes to electrical. I’m trying to trace the electrical harness now but that’s proving difficult as the previous owner mounted a winch under the front bumper. Are there specific spots I should look at first?

What's that aftermarket switch for? I'd follow it's wire as well and see where the PO spliced into. That could be a potential for an issue if the splice wasn't done well and the wires corroded. I had to look up the B+ voltage too, and here's what I found.

"B+ voltage refers to the voltage found at the positive terminal of your battery. With the engine off, this is typically a bit over 12 volts positive, engine running it should be more like 14.4 volts."
