Post P0430 code

I recently had a Service Engine Soon come on my dash. I decided that now was a good time to buy a, what I consider mid level scan tool. I probably am not using it to its full capability, but that is beside the point. About 2-3 weeks ago (100 is miles) I used the scanner to simply clear the code, 2 P0430 codes. The light went out, and stayed out for a long time, until today. I will include the fact that, when I look at the freeze frame data, it shows that my truck was fully warmed up, and at idle, not moving. I would like to know y'alls opinion on what it could be, is it a bad CAT, possibly a bad sensor. I also want to add that it does not appear to be consuming any notable about of oil or coolant, it might consume 3/4 of a quart between oil changes. My typical driving habits over the past 3000ish miles I have put on the truck (currently has 183K) includes mostly cite driving with the occasionally freeway trip. Thanks for any advice you may have, I would like to avoid taking it to a shop, but being a novice, I do realize their is a point that you give in, and take her the pros. Thanks everybody.
P.S. First Thread.

New development. I did some looking underneath the truck and their is a gasket after the second CAT that is used to seal both exhaust pipes. I noticed that at that joint, their was a lot of dark, hard, black build up, that looked like it had been getting wet. I fired up the truck, and climbed back under and could see water dripping out of the joint, and when I put my hand up near it, I could fell the puffs of exhaust. I haven't replaced the gasket yet, so I can't be sure that it is the problem, but judging by the fact their is an O2 sensor immediately after the joint I feel confident that replacing the gasket will fix the problem. I will make another post in a few days to tell y'all if it worked. Hopefully it ends up helping someone else too.

Thank you! Sadly it is not my truck, but it is my favorite year the 1960 to 1961 with the hood that is styled like that, once I have the space to park one I will get one. I really like the style of the hood, but I guess the market didn't in 1960 because I don't see many of them at all.

@kevinkpk
Also, what is the car in your avatar picture? I have seen you post on some other threads and haven't been able to figure out what it is.
