MIL on: codes P0420 and P0341

MIL on: codes P0420 and P0341
Hi everyone!
I need some direction. Our cars ck engine light has been on for months. I was able to get the codes P0341 and P0420 to come out after a few attempts with a code reader.
Code P0341 is a Camshaft Position Sensor.
Code P0420 is Catalyst System Low Efficiency
I replaced the CPS and the CEL/MIL went out for 60 miles and came back on and remains on.
I am not sure in what direction I should be going to correct the P0420. I'd like to be pretty sure in what I'm repairing/replacing. I don't know if there are other tests I can do to pinpoint the problem. Any help is appreciated.
Should I just replace the catalyst converter at $200 and hope for the best? I think there is about 165k on the odometer.
