Default stalling issue

I'm looking for some help solving an issue with stalling and surging idle on an 1996 chevy silverado 5.7 2wd, and was hoping somebody had some guidance here. So the issue is it starts surging when coming to a stop and sometimes stalling after driving at highway speeds, like taking an exit off the interstate. It is hard to start back up once it has stalled, it sounds really slow when trying to crank it back almost like it binding up and the symptoms are worse with the A/C on. Ive replaced the iac, tps, crank sensor, cap and rotor.

A very common failure on this 5.7L for that symtom is the small ignition module inside the distributer. I have replaced mine 2 times already in the last 1o years. You may want to try that to see if that is your problem.
