Stalling issue on 94 blazer 5.7 tbi
Hey y'all. So my blazer starts up but stalls out after a couple seconds. Been doing this for two years so it's been parked. Here's what's been done. Yes, the stupid way of guess work. Smdh.
new ECM, new TBI Carb and jets, new distributor, IAC, TPS,o2 sensor, fuel filter, coil, wires, cap rotor and ignition mod. Nothing has made a bit of difference. It's been timed tdc with ignition set disconnected. Ground wires okay. No vac leaks are seen or heard. Also, attempting to drive it sends to lack power and runs pretty rough and I have to keep pumping the gas pedal to gain speed but it doesn't gain much. Black smoke. It's always sounded and idled and ran real smooth before the stalling began. I'm ready to just set it ablaze and walk away! Anyone?

How old is the gas in the tank?
When you start it, you say it dies in a couple seconds; see if you can keep it running by carefully pouring gas in the throttle body. If it helps it suggests a fuel problem vs something else.
