Transfer case stuck in natural
I just rebuilt the LS6 in my 1996 GMC K3500 dually. During installation I broke the wires on the transfer case switch on the drive axle just below the right motor mount. The truck doesn't move in any gear, but when put back into park, the parking gear grinds.
My question is did the broken switch kick the ECM into some sort of safety mode? It is a floor shift not button shift
