Default What's this part name?

As a non native English speaker I'm having problems naming this part. Anyone know what it's called and if can get them somewhere? I'm talking about the little metal things that make the plastic door cover stick and stay in place.

Difficult to help you without the year and model of your vehicle, as well as the location where the part came from.

Use the link mountainmanjoe posted those are molding fasteners, scroll through the images, you should find what you need. At least the part number will help if you don't have amazon.

Can you be more specific. Is it where you rest your arm, or is it the door handle + lock surround?
