Question Does this look familiar? Mystery door!

I just bought a house and found this GM door in my garage. It is 25 in. top to bottom and 52 in. front to back. I've had no luck with the part number, aside from one hit in an old list of discontinued part numbers published in 1981.

Does anyone recognize what model / make it comes from?

Any help would be appreciated!

For some reason they aren't opening with a left click. But, if you're on a PC, right click on the image icons and open them in a new tab or window. They should cooperate then.

In case right clicking doesn't work, I have tried attaching the images again here.
