Default 01 2500 hd intermittent hesitation

Look for your opinion on what could be going on. The pickup died on the side of the road and wouldn't stay running. It starts fine every time for several seconds then idles down to 1-200 rpm(rough idle) and no chance of trying increase throttle position with increase in rpm.
What I've done:
New maf, tps, crank pos sensor, fuel filter.
Maf had no change, tps and crank position sensor allowed it to idle normal and at least drive, but still has a misfire at idle when cold and minimal warm.
Hesitates here and there when driving.
Codes received:
Before any work done- Multiple missfire, maf low input signal.
After current work done- multiple missfire( blinking SEL) twice in 10 min, bank 2 fuel lean.

The intermittent part is it has made 5 minute test drives between the new parts and has ran perfectly, then other days it has had misfiring and/or rough idle.

I will add that now currently it has it's power back, where it didn't before. But still hesitates at times. So it seems like the throttle position sensor may have helped issue, but there is a second problem.

i would think fuel pump. get a pressure tester on it. my 02 was running "OK" with only 20 PSI but would stall, stumble and stall. also had a lean code but no misfire, yours could be worse but idk. just test the pressure

I was told a pump usually goes bad or it doesn't, and no in-between. But I will check the pressure if I can find a gauge to see if that's the culprit. Hopefully a friend will help me check the computer tomorrow with data logging.
Does the computer need time to "find itself" after installing a sensor if the previous was bad?
For 3 winters it has cold started and gone to a high idle like normal running perfectly, then 3-4 seconds later it has dropped to 300 rpms and chugs. Sometimes dieing. I wasn't sure if this was a computer fault or tps. Maybe it is a weak fuel pump

my normal starting procedure for the 02 in winter was, key on (prime the system) key off, wait a few seconds then start. if not it would start then stall. if i tried to pass someone it would fall on its face and the rpms would pick up and she wouldnt go anywhere. i just lived with it thinking it was going to be a sensor or vacuum leak. i replaced the intake manifold for a lean code (which would be related to the fuel pump). i was under the impression if the fuel PSI was under 50 it wouldnt even run. i borrowed my neighbors fuel pressure tester and thought it was broken as it was only reading 20 psi. hooked it up to his 04 and it was reading 55ish. put it back on mine and its still 20. replaced the filter for the heck of it and psi went to 25. replaced pump and she went to 60. a friend pointed out the filter was prob really restrictive on the pump and caused it to fail. it was a whole new truck once i replaced that even with 240k miles. i kind of still feel bad for trading her in and kind of wish i still kept it for a beater but the dealer gave me 1500 for her and her age was catching up (needed to replace heater core, ac compressor, shocks and do some work on the transfer case or front dif)

Changed fuel pump and engine missing is gone.
Idles/runs smooth but continues to hesitate and with loss of power. Trust driving but want to figure out power loss and hesitation. Engine light came on after 20min of driving now saying faulty egr valve.

a faulty egr would cause hesitation and a loss of power. unhook it to see if your issues change or not.
