I bought a 2004 2500 Silverado with the Bose package almost a year ago. I was told the radio didn’t work for whatever reason, I replaced the head unit with an OEM screen/nav one, got it linked to my truck at the dealership and no sound, I replaced the AMP with another OEM Bose amp that worked when pulled, I get sound but very very faint that you can only hear it if I’m at a stop light and the truck isn’t moving, I even turned the volume all the way up and nothing, the only sound coming from the speakers all around is a buzzing. I’ve looked at many forums trying to solve the problem like by passing the amp (just with the connectors, I didn’t hack up any wiring) still no difference. I hooked it all back up properly and still nothing. I’ve spent about $350 trying to listen to the radio but all I can get is a buzzing. Any suggestions?
