I just bought a 04 Chevy Silverado 1500 and when I put the truck into 4 wheel drive it shifted fine and went into 4 low. When I tried to shift it back to 2 high the light indicator went to the natural position but the truck went back to 2 high. The light indicator won’t shift out of the neutral position but the transfer case definitely ain’t in the neutral position. When I try to shift it into 4 high or 2 high I can hear the transfer case trying to shift but the light remains in neutral. Has anyone ever had this problem before any help would be appreciated.
