Hello; Good to know the part is available. I have watched a few videos about removal and installation. Seems my next thing to do is determine which actuator is acting up. From the videos it seems two are not too hard to get at. However the one on top is very difficult.
So far what I know is the clicking is associated with the drivers side temperature control.

Hello; I have looked at a number of online videos regarding the blend door actuators. I have some idea of what to look for. Also seems the actuators are still being made. I took several panels off my dash a couple days ago. The plan is to be able to get to and touch the various actuators when the clicking starts. As might be expected since then the issues have not happened at all. I will keep driving around that way.
Based on my findings I suspect the faulty actuator will be the one on the bottom of the heat/AC box. I do hope it is not the one on top as that requires removal of the top of the dash.
