Well cutting out rusted area. Inside the outer panel behind drivers section. There is a yellow foam seal glued to inner panel. What do you use to replace, mine is had. I do not know what its called or what its actually made of. Cant find it in LMC and the likes to buy a new one. Any ideas????

I'd try Home Depot for a foam sealer. Seriously.

well went to chevy dealer. The body shop leader said to leave it out as that is one of the rust out causes. I fiber-glassed the inside parts after putting on rust killer. This man has been the leader for as long as I remember. Its to late to change my mind now. welded it in last night. Thanks for the reply.
