2000 Silverado 2500 - Slow acceleration after starting
Looking for some help, when I start the truck put it in drive it has very low acceleration/power it runs rough and wants to kick/sputter and then a minute later, it gets acceleration/power again. It only happens after startup cold or hot. I checked for codes…none. I recently had o2 sensor changed out along with new manifolds put on about 1000 miles ago. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

The only thing that comes to mind is cleaning your MAF. I realize your described symptom isn't consistent with a dirty MAF, but there's a chance.
It seems that your ECM is receiving a bad signal for a brief period of time, and then after that time, it reverts. I'm not familiar enough with the component's procedures to narrow down what that might be, so that's why I'm thinking to, if nothing else, eliminate the MAF as a potential problem.
