2002 Silverado won't start. Ran yesterday. Tried LiI JumpStart no good
Truck ran yesterday. Turn Ignition key to start - no start. Have charged battery, only 6 months old feel it is OK. Turn Ignition switch get ABS light off but no solenoid or no starter start.
Have generic Chilton manual with general schematic for starter circuit. Where do I look for problems down to the starter? Just replaced Transmission and put on NEW Neutral Start Switch. Feel it is OK. What do I do NEXT?

So just to clarify you have a no crank condition. No clicks or anything? Did you try boosting it from another vehicle? Measured battery voltage?
since you monkeyed with the NSS I would start there. Using your schematic find out where it connects and use a meter to verify the switch is closing as it should and the signal reaches the PCM or whatever.

You can find a better schematic at https://charm.li/
While you are at it, have your battery load tested to make sure it does not have a bad cell.
Good Luck!

Used the schematic in the Chilton Manual as well as the one mentioned in the last post. Went from the fuse on the inside panel to the large fuse and relay box under the hood. Removed the Starter relay and jumpered the switch leads and the starter took off. Now the problem is in the control circuity. Only other component in this circuit is the park/neutral starter switch mounted on the transmission. Trans and neutral start switch was replaced about 6 months ago. Used the VOM to see if I had continuity from the fuse inside the car to the relay. Continuity was good. Swapped the start relay with another relay in the box. Went back to the dash, turned the key, and VOLIA the beast snorted and was alive again.
While the engine was running set up the AC Gauge set and added refrigerant. Now the beast is cooler. Thanks for the comments and have a nice Fathers Day.
