99 Silverado 4.3 crank but wont start im dumbfounded.
So im working on a 99 silverado regular cab short bed with the 4.3. customer states he was driving it home, got home shut it off and when he went to leave the next morning wouldnt start. That was 3 months ago. he tells me he has had 2 other ppl work on it and so far rotor and cap have been replaced, new plugs and wires still wont start. mechanic number 2 replaces fuel pump and ignition coil said it started drove around town a while went back to shop and was then taking it back to customer and it dies and wont start again. I am called and i put the code reader on it and on the global obd2 scan it pops a p1351. high current to icm. i replaced the icm as well as the coil pigtail since the last guy didnt replace it one of the wires came out of the harness and he just shoved it under the connector and thats that. i go to start and crank but no start. i ran an oem enhanced scan and the damn thing pops 41 differant codes. never seen anything like it. any and all help would be appreciated. not even sure on where to start im guessing it jumped time but would like some input before i proceed.
thanks in advance.

Try these fixes out:
What are the Possible Causes of the Code P1351 Chevrolet?
- Faulty Ignition Control Module
- Ignition Control Module harness is open or shorted
- Ignition Control Module circuit poor electrical connection
Start by checking the "Possible Causes" listed above. Visually inspect the related wiring harness and connectors. Check for damaged components and look for broken, bent, pushed out, or corroded connector's pins.
I hope this helps you out.
