Allison transmission overheating light

Default Allison transmission overheating light
2001 2500 HD 8.1 with Allison transmission, the overheating light comes on and sometimes has a hard shift. Other times the light may come on right after start up. Have changed filters and fluids. Really hoping it’s a simple fix, anyone with information please respond.
