So a friend has a 2003 Chevy Silverado LS he lost his key someone I tried to jam some random piece into the cylinder got it stuck won’t come out or turn the ignition needs to be replacedthe whole cylinder with a new ignition cylinder and key. Since I can’t turn the ignition I am unable to push in and pul out the cylinder. Help please.

 

Welcome from Florida. I know it's too late now; a replacement key can be made at the dealership with the vin number and proof of ownership. At this point the dealer or a reputable locksmith can help.
