Default Check Engine Light problem

I recently replaced all 4 oxygen sensors on my 2003 Silverado 1500. I did not disconnect the battery before doing this. I have erased all codes, but I keeping DTC's for the oxygen sensors. How can I fix this problem as I am due for a state inspection.

Unfortunately, codes for certain areas do not always mean the parts are malfunctioning or defective. Many time poor connections are involved.

Could you post the codes here?

Definitely need the codes you're getting. Not long ago, I replaced all 4 O2 sensors in my Jeep and it only took a few months for one of them to prematurely fail. So a DOA sensor is possible, but we can only speculate without further information.

Here are the codes:
P01 41 $10 O2 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 2

P0155$10 O2 sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1

PENDING CODES:
P0135$10
P0141$10
P0155$10

I tried leaving the battery disconnected for 3 days, but that didn't help.

I found a diagnostic procedure you can follow in my FSM. Hopefully this will help.

Okay, so I got a hold of an Autool Diagnostic Tester. I checked for power and good ground on the harnesses for all 4 sensors.
Here are the results.
Bank 1 Sensor 1 8.8 volts at power and 1.7 ohms at ground
Bank 1 sensor 2 10.8 volts at power and 43 ohms at ground
Bank 2 sensor 1 10.7 volts at power and 44 ohms at ground
Bank 2 sensor 2 11 volts at power and 43 ohms at ground

The only thing strange is the ohms reading for Bank 1 sensor 1.

The only sensor not getting a DTC is Bank 2 sensor 2.

Where do I go from here?
