Default Clicking coming from the rear of my truck

I have just noticed a clicking coming from the rear of my 2000 Chevy Silverado this am. The clicking would get faster as the truck speed increased. So I believe it has something to do with the wheels but I'm not sure yet. Anyone have any Ideas as to what to look for?

Yep took the rear driver side tire off and can hear scraping when I turn the rotor. Now however I can not get the Break caliper arm off to pull the hub. How can I get the bolts to break loose????

If you can't get an impact wrench in there, spray blaster on the bolts, put a wrench on it and hit the wrench with a hammer. That always works for me. You said the brakes aren't that old so it is tight not rusted on.

UPDATE: Parking Break seems to be OKAY not that worn. However the shield behind it is pretty bad and prob should be replaced. Noise is less now. But the clicking still exists and it is faster then the wheel speed. So there is something spinning faster then the wheels that is make this sound now. Any Cue as to what I Can check Next??? Thanks for all the information

I had suspected U-Joints however the clicking sound is faster then the wheel speed. So the drive shaft would not be turning as fast as the clicking sound appears to be.????
