Default Help!

Ok so my 2005 silverado is giving me hell. In the daylight it works fine but whenever my headlights are on the problems start. One headlight is significantly brighter than the other, my turn signals activate my hazards instead and my horn sounds like it's being strangled while also slightly activating a light in my dash (just barely visible through the non lighted sections). Normally I don't have these issues as I've always done this kind of work myself (grew up doing it) but no mechanics around me seem to be able to figure it out either. Any ideas about what might cause this or suggestions to test and/or resolve this would be appreciated greatly!

The first thing I would do is to check your grounds. They are all over the engine compartment. Also visually inspect the headlight sockets to make sure they are intact and not degraded or burned.
