So it started last week truck went into reduced power got it in a parking lot and shut off. It wouldn’t start at all would either start and die after a second or nothing at all. Got it towed and when I got home it started right up like nothing happened. Left it for the day and then day after sometimes would start fine, others would start for a second and die or nothing at all. Was told maybe the security system so I bypassed it this weekend and also had throttle codes. Replaced both throttle body and plug to tps sensor. Started up went to gas stations and same thing didn’t want to start tried for about 5 min tires and crunk right up. I checked and cleaned ground on frame under door. Couldn’t get to the others but had someone trying to start truck and me wiggling the grounds and nothing. And yes changed to a new battery and does the same thing

 

There are many other grounds, I'd be sure you've given attention to all of them. I'd say for sure it seems like you've got a grounding problem the way your cluster was blinking like that.
